The Diary of Nina

I pounded my fists against Dina’s door, she was ignoring me, but I could hear her rustling around inside her bedroom. I was really starting to get angry, diary. I realize she didn’t want to talk, but still, I am her sister and I deserve the respect of at least a grunt of acknowledgement. Finally, after what seemed like hours, she opened the door.
Dina looked briefly in my direction, scowled and brushed past me. I followed her down the stairs and cornered her in the living room. By this point, I was livid. I was sick and tired of Dina treating me like an insignificant speck in her flawless world. I had hoped to have a calm and rational conversation with her about Don and the rent, but my anger was at its boiling point. I opened my mouth and vented all my frustrations.
