Gypsy RoseTony’s Tale, Pt. 2
“Mom, the final went exactly as I planned,” Tony laughed into the phone. “I told you you had nothing to worry about.”
“I’m your mother,” Roslynn said with humor in her voice, “I’m allowed to worry. So, how are other things going?”
“By other, do you mean Dagmar, the pretty blonde mailwoman, I told you about,” said Tony.
“If that is what you took it to mean,” Roslynn said, “then by all means tell me about her.”
“Your good mom,” Tony said with a snort. “Things with Dagmar are good. We’ve spent most of the last month together and our relationship is progressing nicely. I think I’m in love.”
“In love,” Roslynn gasped, “that is wonderful, Tony. I’m so happy for you!”
“Don’t get too excited,” Tony joked. “There won’t be grandchildren anytime soon.”
“Well, I should hope not,” Roslynn said incredulously. “I’m just glad you’ve found someone to make you happy.”
“Mom, I was only kidding around about the grandkids,” Tony said with a sigh, “but I am happy and I owe it to Dagmar. Hey, not to change the subject, but when is Anna starting school? I want to set aside some time to show her around campus.”
“She should be there in about two weeks,” Roslynn said with sadness in her voice. “She wants to wait till after your dad’s birthday.”
“That sounds good,” Tony said causally, “and don’t worry, I’ll take good care of her. I have to run, though, I want to get some work done in the library, so I have time to go out this weekend. I’ll talk to you again soon.”
“Take care, Tony,” Roslynn said, softly crying. “I love you.”
“I love you, too mom.”

haha, that he is, but I’m crazy about the kid! So honest and upfront, most would rather hide it. He looks GOOD too!

Yeah, he and Dagmar are hitting things off well. I’m glad he’s over Pam! He’s so sweet to talk to his Mom….ahhh!!
What a wonderful update one can only hope that all their kids turn out so well.
At least Pam isn’t still around to see Tony romancing another woman.
So, did Pam really go to Europe or is Tony just saying that instead of telling his mom he broke up with her because he’s met someone else? If she did, boy did he ever get lucky, having her fall in love with someone else! Goodness, he really is quite confidant! I just hope he’s not breaking Pam’s heart by getting himself caught out on a date with Dagmar.
Oops read the next one before this one. I’m not surprised about Pam. She and Tony just didn’t seem right for each other. I really think Dagmar would be awesome for Tony. She’d help off set that jawline he inherited from Thomas. You know, his features really evened out well and he is quite handsome. He’s such a sweetie and what a good big brother showing Anna around campus!
Oh Good! It is Dagmar - I think she’s one of the lovliest npc’s out there! Don’t listen to Roslynn, we want to see grandchildren soon! lol
