Gypsy RoseAnna’s Song, Pt. 1
“Anna, your joking,” Tony said loudly into the phone.
“Tony stop saying that,” Anna sighed, “I wouldn’t joke about something this serious.”
“Bu..bu…but..butt Anna,” Tony stuttered, “mom and dad are going to freak out when you tell them.”
“I know, I know,” Anna said with fear in her voice, “but I’m happy and I hope that is all that will matter to them.”
“Once they calm down maybe, but at first all they are going to be is angry,” Tony said with a tinge of sympathy. “Why don’t you start from the beginning and tell me the entire story, maybe then I will understand your reasoning.”
“Tony, I was a happy teen for the most, but I always envied you,” Anna said, sitting down at her kitchen table. “You had friends, love and activities outside of school that kept you busy. All I had was studying and my after school job; I was lonely.”
“I always thought that was what you wanted,” Tony said with guilt in his voice. “I would have invited you out with me, introduced you to my friends.”
“That would have been embarrassing,” Anna laughed, “having my big brother make friends for me. No, I just wasn’t in touch with my peers, friendships wouldn’t have lasted anyway. I knew that I was different, I cared about higher learning and bettering myself, not the latest fashion trends or boy bands. So, I was content with my books and job, until I started college….”
After dad dropped me off, I decided to make myself over, start fresh. That’s why I decided not to stay at the same dorm as you, I wanted my own identity apart from ‘Tony’s little sister’.
I loved my new look, it was completely different and it would definitely get me noticed.
Excellent Story!! I can’t believe she left college. So now i’m waiting to see what the parents will say when they find out….

Uh-oh. What’s going on with Anna? Oh my. Her look IS quite different! A fair bit, um, radical, one might say. Oh goodness me… they sure are getting in quite a lot of kissing there! But what’s the bit that will anger her parents? Bwahaha! “I didn’t get to the part.” Priceless! *giggles loudly* Ack! She dropped out of school?!? Oh, yeah, I can see Roslynn taking THAT bit of news well! OMFG, what the HECK are they wearing in that proposal shot?!? Gads! Love the brilliance of the moon. But I think Tony’s right to be concerned. Especially about the trust fund bit. I mean, this all happened in a single semester of college. That’s kind of fast! I hope she doesn’t leave off telling her folks for too long or it’s just going to get worse. (Especially if they’re only right across the river from her parents!)

Oh what an awesome update!!!! I had a feeling that maybe Anna was pregnant, I didn’t even think that she’d be so ‘fly-by-the-seat-of-her-pants’. haha Well, when you meet the right person, it just falls into place. what a great update! And she grew up so quickly it seems! haha I can’t even imagine what Rosylyn and Tony are going to say. Oi
Wow! I never would have expected Anna to drop out of college and especially NOT for a guy! This Ramin must really have her smitten. I love the picture of them getting married and the moonbeams around them. It was beautiful!
Wow love the big update. I guess I got my question answered about college changing Anna. I love how realistic everything seems, especially how the brother and sister fight and interact with each other. : D

I’m SO glad I was alone to read that part. Can’t tell you how funny I found that. I love how Anna knows exactly who she is and what she wants. Tony’s comment about the trust fund worries me, too!
yeah - did they spin into those outfits when they dropped out of college?? LOL! I’m glad they could afford something nice to get married in. ooooh, but dropping out of college is never good - a sudden desire for family, huh? Rosylnn is going to freak!
Geez. That was quick. The parents are gonna blow a top! They really should’ve waited to marry until after college. I see a rough road ahead for these 2.
