Ramblings of a Sim Addict

Before I write too much more about my legacy founder, I just wanted to state that I didn’t come up the character name (or some of the background story). I read a terrific series by Johanna Lindsey that inspired me to create a legacy story about a decendant of the “Malory Clan”, so all the history about the great, great, great, great, great grandparents can be found in her books.

I know I haven’t been around for a while, but I am still here and playing the game. I’m afraid I have had a lot of personal issues arise, that have taken me away from my game and writing. I also had a major computer crash recently, my entire computer blew up! I now have a new system (that I love) and I am trying my hand at a new legacy family. (I hope I have better luck with this one.)

I hope to have some new updates soon and hopefully everyone will enjoy my new family!

I must apologize for not updating in such a long time, but I have had a lot of things happening in my real life and just haven’t felt like writing. I also had a game crash and lost all my neighborhoods and saved families. Luckily, I didn’t lose my downloads or my saved sims, but I am having to restart everything else.

I do have some good news, I am finally upgrading to a cable internet connection (yay…no more dial up), so hopefully the new connection will make me feel like posting more. I am working on a new legacy family and I do have some ideas for new stories, so please hang in there and I hope to have new stories up soon.

I am currently working on a new neighbor that is dedicated to all my contest sims. I recently realized that I spend hours creating these beautiful sims, but I never actually play them. So, I decided to have them all live in the same neighborhood and see what trouble they’d get themselves into.

Well, I can’t believe that it has been over a month since I last updated, I am truly sorry about my lack of attention. I am still working on stories, but I’m afraid my interest has shifted towards the legacy challenge, again. I still plan on continuing the stories about Glacier Bay and Nina Caliente, but it may be a while before I update them. However, I do have a new legacy family, complete with several stories. I will be posting the new entries in a bit, so be on the look out for that!
